Library of Mata Harki Devi College of Education for Women, Odhan is a vital academic and professional resource for the students and faculty. With a well-organized collection of 9,581 books, the library serves as a center for knowledge, learning, and research. It offers a wide range of materials including encyclopedias, academic journals, magazines, and daily newspapers in both Hindi and English, keeping students updated with current events and developments in the education sector and beyond.
A special focus of the library is to support the professional growth of teacher trainees. To this end, it houses a dedicated collection of books aimed at enhancing professional skills, covering essential areas such as teaching methodologies, educational psychology, classroom management, communication skills, inclusive education, and the use of technology in teaching. These resources are carefully selected to prepare students for real-world teaching challenges and to help them become confident, competent, and reflective educators.

The college came into existence in 2006 with the initial intake of 100 students under the Presidentship of Ch. Bharat Singh. In 2007-08 the intake was increased to 200.
